We arrived early but thankfully it wasn't an issue, Id had to rearrange due to my baby being very poorly and again no issues.
So helpful, listened to everything we said, accommodated us fully, all the time and patience in the world.
Huge stock of dresses of all styles, colours, could get other colours in if we needed and most importantly made my 16 year old daughter feel like the princess she is!

I recently went to purchase my daughters prom dress , Rachel was absolutely amazing she picked out alot of different styles and colours for my daughter to try and was very helpful x she even took the name of the school so no one else can have the same dress at her prom x the price was very reasonable and service out of this world x thank you 😊

This shop gives you dresses that are tried on by everyone, dirty and no new dress is supplied when you arrive to collect. Ensure you open and inspect the dress before leaving as I did not as it was ready to go and when taken to the seamstress for alterations it was damaged, alterations are not included within the £399 apparently discounted dress and you have to take it elsewhere and arrange this for yourself. , the dress is damaged. On the desk in shop it says no refund or deposit refund, and she wants 50% deposit if you plan on paying this way, and only a refund if the dress is faulty however she will not refund the dress I bought for my daughter (although her sign says so in shop) but will offer a £20 good will gesture which is disrespectful considering the cost.
Avoid this shop at all costs!!!
There are other shops tha provide a clean unworn dress, undamaged dress.

As per your response as I cannot reply, you only informed us that the dress was discounted when my daughter chose the dress. We did not come for a discounted dress and wanted a new dress, had I known the dress was damaged, I would not have taken it away.

Defamation is the act of publishing or communicating a false statement to a third party that causes or is likely to cause serious harm to a person's or business's reputation.

The review for you was what I believe is true therefore not defamation nor third party. I am sorry that you did not like my honest opinion of the shop.
