We absolutely love welcoming our girls into the boutique and giving you the full prom experience — your appointment time is dedicated entirely to you.

Unfortunately, we’ve had an increasing number of customers not attending their scheduled appointments. When this happens, it means other girls miss out on slots that could have been offered to them.

To ensure fairness and to manage our diary effectively, all appointments must now be confirmed prior to attendance. Confirmation requests via text will be sent out, and if we do not receive confirmation within the stated timeframe, the appointment will be cancelled and released to someone on our waiting list.

We completely understand that plans can change — we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another customer.
